Luke Paige
Luke joined our research group in the Fall of 2019 as a part of the Clemson Reville Program to assist CPT Lagasse on his research on Thermal Decomposition of Chemical Warfare Agents. He is currently a Senior Chemistry major and is also working as a PAL Leader for General Chemistry. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, running, and reading.
Luke also obtained the second place in the Catalyst Competition for his test strips that would test illegal drugs for fentanyl. Counterfeit pain pills often contain fentanyl, which is about 100 times more potent than heroin. Read the entire announcement ….
